Terms of Service

1. Service Description

AdRocketX is a web-based SaaS platform that enables users to create and manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising campaigns through an AI-assisted wizard interface. The service includes:

• Meta account connection via OAuth
• Website intelligence and brand analysis
• AI-powered ad copy and image generation
• Campaign execution via Meta's Marketing API
• Performance monitoring dashboard

AdRocketX acts as your authorised agent to interact with Meta's Marketing API. All campaign actions are initiated by you and executed on your behalf.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide a valid email address
• You must be at least 18 years old
• You are responsible for account security and all activity under your account
• You must have legitimate access to any Meta ad accounts you connect

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Create ads violating Meta's Advertising Standards or any applicable law
• Advertise prohibited products or services
• Circumvent rate limits, usage quotas, or security measures
• Reverse-engineer or extract source code
• Share account credentials
• Use automated scripts beyond the intended AI features

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

4. Meta Platform Compliance

• Your use must comply with Meta's Platform Terms, Developer Policies, and Advertising Standards
• AI-generated content is a suggestion — you are responsible for reviewing all content before launching
• Ad rejection by Meta is not a service failure by AdRocketX
• You may revoke our access via Facebook app settings or in-app disconnect at any time

5. Subscription Plans and Billing

• Paid subscriptions billed monthly via Stripe
• Auto-renews unless cancelled
• Credits reset each billing cycle, no rollover
• Upgrade/downgrade takes effect next billing cycle

Cancellation

Cancel any time via account portal. Access continues until end of billing period. No refunds for partial months or unused credits. Billing errors — contact support@adrocketx.ai within 14 days.

Price Changes

30 days' notice via email. Cancel before new price takes effect if you disagree.

6. Ad Spend and Meta Billing

AdRocketX does NOT handle your Meta ad spend. Your advertising budget is charged directly by Meta. We are not responsible for Meta's billing or payment disputes. Budget amounts configured in the wizard are passed to Meta as parameters; actual spend may vary.

7. Intellectual Property

• Our IP: AdRocketX platform, code, design, and AI prompts are our property
• Your content: You retain ownership of your business information, Meta data, and campaign configurations
• AI-generated content: You receive a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use AI-generated copy and images for any lawful purpose. Similar content may be generated for other users.

8. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "AS IS" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, our total liability is limited to fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for: Meta platform changes, ad performance, AI content accuracy, ad account issues, indirect/consequential losses, or service interruptions.

Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

9. Indemnification

You indemnify AdRocketX from claims arising from: your use of the service, your advertising content, your violation of these terms, or your violation of Meta's policies.

10. Account Termination

By You

Cancel subscription and request deletion via support@adrocketx.ai. We will revoke Meta OAuth token, delete account data, and retain payment records for 7 years per Australian tax law.

By Us

Immediate suspension for terms violation, security risk, legal requirement, or payment failure (14-day grace). Service discontinuation with 60 days' notice and pro-rata refund.

11. Dispute Resolution

Governed by laws of South Australia, Australia. Process: informal resolution (30 days) → mediation (Resolution Institute) → courts of South Australia.

12. Privacy

Your use is subject to our Privacy Policy.

13. Modifications

Material changes communicated via email 30 days before taking effect. Cancel before effective date if you disagree.

14. General

• These terms + Privacy Policy = entire agreement
• Severability, waiver, and assignment provisions apply
• We may assign in connection with merger/acquisition; you may not assign your account
